After baseball, football is second in the Phillipines. It is actively played by thousand in the Phillipine islands, and they want to do it in a proper and organized fashion. There are many football fans in Asia, many in Korea, Japan and the Phillipines. With the launching of the United Football League (UFL) next week, the situation will improve greatly in preparation for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa. Many clubs will participate in a three-leg series made up of Phillipinos, Koreans and Japanese players. Good luck to them!
