Towns in central and western Pangasinan, in northern Philippines, experienced power breakdowns as tornado hit a village in the provincial capital of Lingayen, toppling at least four electric posts.
Unfortunately, the province is still recovering after it was devastated by tropical storm Cosme (international codename: Halong) just these past months.
