Residents in the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) in the south are advised to take precaution after it was discovered that at least a dozen inmates escaped from prison through a hole in the wall.
The jail officers discovered the hole just when one of the inmates was trying to squeeze through it, which prompted the police to fatally shoot him.
