On February 13 and 15 motels in the Philippines are VERY busy. Valentine's Day has the largely Roman Catholic population home with their wives or husbands. But the days before and after Valentine's Day are the days spent with lovers. Divorce is illegal in the Philippines and extramarital affairs are often accepted.
