Before typhoon Frank, food shortage is already a problem in the country. What more now when Frank has already passed, destroying crops that would otherwise supply the country with the much-needed food?
This is one of the problems facing the country today. Food prices will certainly go up once the damage of Frank to the country's food supply is already felt.
