Transportation fares are something which the owners of transport vehicles always want to rise, but the users of that system want them to be kept lower. This may be the general truth but sometimes there are exceptions to rules. Here is a story where the transport owners did not want any hike in fares, but someone else did file a petition on their behalf. So who was it?
