One of the tactics that thieves, robbers, and other wrongdoers do in order to get what they want is to wear fake military and police uniform.

Knowing this, the 1st City Council of Cabadbaran City, in Agusan del Norte, passed a resolution banning the unauthorized use of police and military uniform. More details here.
