It isn't only educators, scientists, and health workers that are affected by the present brain drain that has been troubling the country for years. Even the tourism industry is facing large obstacles since around 12% of the total tourism workforce are already abroad.
How can we go around this? Is there any hope of reversion? There most certainly is!
