Panglao may lose two of its wonders

It is unfortunate that we have to lose something before we finally recognize its worth, just like these two tourism jewels, the Balicasag Diving Area and the Pamilcan Seas. Both are under the jurisdiction of Panglao and Baclayon.

Once considered as some of the most beautiful places in the country, these two diving areas are now in the verge of extinction as unchecked tourism is gradually destroying them. What does the government do about it?
